Youth Foundation of India (YFOI) is working to improve employability of youth through career oriented trainings. In this mission we collaborate with educational institutions and provide necessary communication skill, soft skill & technology training to students to prepare them for employment & entrepreneurship. YFOI also has its own centre where candidates can enrol and improve their skills for employment.
1. Communication Skill & Personality Enrichment Training
Communication skills are essential for the successful future career of a student. In today’s competitive world, communication skills are the most sought after quality of an educated person.
A number of studies have consistently demonstrated that those who have an advanced knowledge of English Language are much more likely to advance their careers. In addition to this these studies have also demonstrated that a strong command of English Language will lead to higher paying jobs, more social mobility, and a great deal of social success. No matter what career you choose, whether Engineering or History, having a powerful command of the English language will greatly increase your odds of success.
YFOI has a dedicated team and expertise to improve communication skills of students through its modern training Techniques and tools. The training includes personality development and interview cracking technique training.

- To remove speech hesitation and build confidence among Youth.
- To improve daily use vocabulary and eliminate mother tongue influence (MTI) so that candidates can speak naturally.

2.Career Guidance
YFOI helps students in choosing correct courses & career streams which are based on their Aptitude, Personality and Interests. Research has shown that correctly choosing one’s career goes a long way in ensuring a more successful and satisfactory work-life. By using behavioural science techniques correctly, one can find out the Aptitude, Personality and Interests of the student. This helps the individual build their career path by relating their strengths to the market reality.
YFOI career counselling program is scientific and uses assessment tools. Assessment Tests for students primarily assesses a person across seven different aptitudes and twenty eight different personality traits and understands the Unique Talent pattern in the student. The responses submitted by each student in the Test are then analyzed by the experts followed with Face to face interactions after which the student is presented with recommendation report.
We advises on what course the student should choose, how they should prepare for entrance and how many years of education one needs to put in, what institutes or colleges are available considering the course choice, the locality/city, economic situation etc. while counselling.
3. Employability Skills Training
Employability Skills can be defined as the transferable skills needed by an individual to make them ‘employable’. Along with good technical understanding and subject knowledge, employers often outline a set of skills that they want from an employee. These skills are what they believe will equip the employee to carry out their role to the best of their ability. Employability depends on your knowledge, skills and attitudes, how you use those assets, and how you present them to employers.

Our Primary Objectives:
- To providing exposure to practical problems and their solutions, through case studies and live projects in personality development process and communication skills
- Enhancing the capability of the youths to identify, control and remove personality development and communication skills related problems.
4. Entrepreneurship Development Programme:
Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) is a programme which helps in developing the entrepreneurial abilities. The skills that are required to run a business successfully, is developed among the people through this programme. Our key focus is to mentor college students with entrepreneurial idea and help them to develop the idea along with their education. Students from any field can have an entrepreneurial idea; however they may not have the access to proper mentoring and guidance to nurture their ideas. YFOI has experts with diverse backgrounds who mentor and guide students to develop their ideas into enterprises.
