Youth Foundation of India is bridging the gap between Education & Employment by providing necessary skill training to students within college campuses. YFOI organises 1 day seminar & 3 days workshops on industry specific topics to improve student’s industry interface and increase their knowledge base. YFOI’s short-term certificate courses provide additional skill enhancement opportunity to students on the topics of their interest, along with their formal education.
1. To Organise Seminars & Workshops:
Due to rapid technological advancements, new sectors are emerging with new job opportunities, however our current education system is not keeping up with this change in job environment resulting in a gap between education and employers expectations. Youth Foundation of India bridges this gap by increasing candidate’s industry awareness and job readiness through:
job readiness through: Talks, Conferences, Workshops and Seminars by the subject matter experts & domain heads about existing & emerging Industries, job opportunities, skills needed to succeed. Such events help the candidates self evaluate their current skills prepare future road map.
2. Industrial Training & Placement:
YFOI has collaborated with organisations to provide industrial/on-the-job trainings to candidates during their education & post-education period. YFOI arranges YFOI is also collaborating with employers for campus and employment drives. We are aware of the skill gap, so firstly, we understand employer’s requirements and then we assess & provide adequate trainings to students, improving their chances of employment.
